Mehendi for S's engagement

Sometimes you surprise yourself with what you can do. In my college days (gosh, I feel old!) I was forced to represent our class in the Mehendi contest as a part of our intra-collegiate festival. The outcome was a pleasant surprise, considering I used to scrape through with a C grade in Drawing at school.

Since then, I have applied mehendi for M's engagement ceremony (back in India), and more recently S's engagement (I will call that my semi-professional work in that field ;)). Here are the pictures from S's engagement:

Tower of London - House for the Kohinoor Hira

Got reminded of my UK visit and of the tower of London seen here. Had a strange feeling while visiting this place, which carries the most precious diamond of all times, and that belongs to us. If this diamond ever falls in India's possession, our country would become filthy rich. Well not sure if this would ever happen, no harm in dreaming though :)
